PROJECT OBJECTIVE

The primary objective of the project was to design and manage a nationwide training initiative that prepares job seekers for the tourism sector, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and clear performance visibility for stakeholders.

KEY CHALLENGES

Managing a large-scale program across multiple regions required strong coordination between training providers, operational teams, and stakeholders.

Key challenges included maintaining data accuracy, tracking trainee progress in real time, and ensuring consistent execution standards across all regions.

SOLUTION & APPROACH

A centralized project management framework was implemented to oversee planning, execution, and reporting.

Digital systems and dashboards were used to track applications, attendance, completion rates, and regional performance.

Clear workflows were established to align all stakeholders, enabling faster issue resolution, better decision-making, and transparent reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

RESULTS & IMPACT

  • Trained over 45,000+ participants across 13 regions

  • Achieved consistent program execution within a compressed timeline
